Hi, I'm Marcela
I've spent over a decade planning parties and events of every size and style. What I love most is the transformation: an empty room becoming a space that makes people gasp when they walk in. My approach is hands-on. I personally coordinate the catering, select the tableware, arrange the decor, and manage every vendor so that nothing falls through the cracks.
Holiday parties, corporate dinners, graduation celebrations, themed kids' parties, anniversary dinners, you name it. If there's a guest list and a reason to celebrate, I'll make it extraordinary.

Consultation
We talk about your event type, guest count, budget, venue ideas, dietary needs, and the vibe you're going for. No detail is too small.
Design & Source
I build your event concept: theme, color palette, menu selections, decor, rentals (plates, linens, glassware), florals, and a full vendor lineup.
Coordinate
Contracts, delivery windows, setup schedules, and backup plans are confirmed. I coordinate the caterer, florist, DJ, photographer, and rental companies you book.
Celebrate
On event day, I'm on site for the hours in your plan, running the timeline behind the scenes. You show up, enjoy your guests, and take all the credit.
Planning fees, clearly explained
Every proposal separates my planning fee from what your event will purchase, so you know what you are paying for before anything is booked.
Planning fees cover the work listed in your proposal. Venue, food, drinks, flowers, rentals, and other event purchases are priced separately unless specifically included.
