Everything you need to know about working with me. If you don't see your question here, just reach out.

Weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, gender reveals, bridal showers, quinceañeras, corporate events, holiday parties, graduation celebrations, anniversary dinners, kids' parties, retirement parties, and more. If there's a guest list and a reason to celebrate, I'd love to hear about it.

I plan events in Erie, Lafayette, Broomfield, Frederick, Dacono, Boulder, and Denver, Colorado. For events farther away, travel time and costs are quoted separately and agreed before booking.

Planning fees depend on the level of help you need. As a guide, celebration planning runs $2,625 to $5,250+, wedding planning runs from $3,500 for wedding management to $14,000+ for full planning and design, and quinceañera and corporate planning guides are $4,900+ and $4,550+. Your proposal gives one fee for your scope. See the planning fee guides for what each level includes.

Planning fees cover the work listed in your proposal. Venue, food, drinks, flowers, rentals, and other event purchases are priced separately unless specifically included. Your total event budget includes both. The event budget examples show typical totals with an allowance for planning already included.

Full-service means I coordinate the agreed parts of your event from planning through event-day management. It does not mean every vendor, purchase, or additional request is included in one planning fee. Your proposal lists exactly what I handle.

I work with caterers, florists, bakers, rental companies, DJs, photographers, and other vendors, and I handle the communication, scheduling, and logistics with them. Their services are purchased separately: you pay vendors directly, or fund approved purchases through the budget we set up before anything is ordered. You still get one point of contact instead of ten.

Hands-on styling can be included for the decor and hours listed in your proposal. Materials, rentals, specialist installation, and additional crew are separately itemized when needed. Your proposal also identifies who handles decor removal, rental collection, and venue cleanup. Deep cleaning, waste removal, and extra collection visits are included only when listed.

Your proposal lists my arrival and departure times, the hours I am on site, and who else is on the team. Larger events need assistants or crew, and that staffing is part of the quote from the start. If you want extra time on the day, we agree it in writing first.

Changes to your guest count, design, venue, coverage, or service needs may change the price. Additional work and purchases are confirmed with you before proceeding. If your plans stay the same, your fee stays the same.

I offer focused planning support for specific parts of your plan, event-day management for parties you have already planned, and wedding management for couples who have done most of the planning themselves.

For weddings and quinceañeras, 6 to 12 months is ideal. For smaller events like birthday parties, baby showers, and corporate events, 4 to 8 weeks is usually enough. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible, depending on availability.

The introductory conversation is free and can happen in person, by phone, or over video call. We'll talk about your event type, date, guest count, budget, venue, and overall vision, and which planning level fits. After that, I'll put together a written proposal with the planning fee, what it covers, and which purchases are separate.

Your proposal lists the planning fee, what reserves your date, and when payments are due. Nothing is booked until you've reviewed and signed the agreement.

Absolutely. If you already have a venue, I'll design and run your event within that space, walk through it with you, and plan setup and breakdown with the venue's team.
