Planning & Pricing

Beautiful celebrations, clearly planned

Explore planning fees and event-budget guidance, then receive a proposal tailored to your guest list, venue, and priorities.

Two different numbers

Your planning fee and your event budget

Planning fee

Planning fees cover the work listed in your proposal. Venue, food, drinks, flowers, rentals, and other event purchases are priced separately unless specifically included.

Total event budget

Everything the celebration costs: the planning fee plus venue, food, drinks, decor, rentals, and vendors. The examples below include an allowance for planning and event expenses. They are budgeting guides, not fixed packages. Your proposal confirms the scope and actual costs.

Your event budget includes planning fees and event expenses. We'll identify what fits, what needs adjusting, and which choices have the greatest effect on the total.

Choose the support you need

Planning fee guides

Each fee covers the planning work listed in your proposal, and event purchases are separate unless listed. The top of a range is a guide, not a cap. Larger or more involved events receive a tailored proposal.

Coordination and purchases

What I coordinate, and what you purchase

My planning fee covers

  • Planning, design direction, and the meetings in your proposal
  • Finding, booking, and managing the vendors we agree on
  • Budget tracking, timelines, and vendor confirmations
  • Event-day coordination for the hours listed
  • Hands-on styling for the decor items and hours listed

Purchased separately

  • Venue rental and venue fees
  • Food, drinks, cake, and bar service
  • Flowers, balloons, decor materials, and rentals
  • Music, photography, entertainment, and AV
  • Additional crew, delivery, taxes, and service charges

You pay vendors directly, or fund approved purchases through the budget we set up together. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.

Setup, styling, and cleanup

Hands-on styling can be included for the decor and hours listed in your proposal. Materials, rentals, specialist installation, and additional crew are separately itemized when needed.

Your proposal identifies who handles decor removal, rental collection, and venue cleanup. Deep cleaning, waste removal, and extra collection visits are included only when listed.

Event-day hours and team

Your proposal lists my arrival and departure times, the hours I am on site, and whether setup, breakdown, and rehearsals are part of them.

Larger events need assistants or crew. That staffing is part of the quote from the start, not an add-on later. Extra time on the day is agreed in writing before it is used.

Changes to your plans

Changes to your guest count, design, venue, coverage, or service needs may change the price. Additional work and purchases are confirmed with you before proceeding.

If your plans stay the same, your fee stays the same.

Vendor purchases and payments

Some vendors are booked and paid by you directly. Others can be arranged through me, paid from approved funds before they are ordered. Your proposal shows which is which.

Budget tracking helps you choose where to spend. A budget ceiling is a limit, not permission to spend all of it.

Travel, venues, and weather

I plan events in Erie, Lafayette, Broomfield, Frederick, Dacono, Boulder, and Denver. Travel for events farther away is quoted separately and agreed before booking.

Venue requirements like difficult loading access, tents, power, or a weather backup plan are planned and priced in your proposal.

Booking and payments

Your proposal lists the planning fee, what reserves your date, and when payments are due. Nothing is booked until you've reviewed and signed the agreement.
